Home “Uncategorized” Integrated approach and improving the effectiveness of educational work

On January 12, 2020, a meeting of the MO of class teachers was held, the experience of class teachers was generalized and disseminated, and their professional skills were improved.

In the speech of Asel Konuspaeva, the class teacher of group 43 “Turner” shared her experience and told about how to prepare and conduct a collective class work not only interesting and informative, but so that students actively participate in the event, actively discuss the event, share their impressions not only with classmates, but also with parents and other teachers. The teacher and master of p/o Isaev B. told about various forms of educational hours and events. It was interesting to hear how new innovative technologies are being introduced, how each student is involved in the process, and how extracurricular activities are diverse and meaningful. Students themselves make a work plan for the whole semester, they themselves attract children from other groups to cooperate, they themselves evaluate. Children learn to plan their work so that life in the group is interesting and friendly.

Planning educational work Konysbekova Zhanar noted that, teacher has to take into account the conditions ensuring the quality of educational process: taking into account age and individual characteristics of children, the credibility of the guys, revealing motives, and a differentiated approach. Under this condition, this work will be systematic, consistent and effective.

Makhmetova Sandugash, class teacher of the 36th group, in her speech gave an example about terrorism, global social problems and is a cruel, difficult-to-predict emergency of a social nature, because it relates to society, is connected with the life and relationships of people in society. She gave examples of acts of terrorism, in the form of a small mini-project.

The final highlight was the speech of Mukhamedzhanova Tota, a college psychologist, who gave recommendations to class teachers and masters on psychological support for the prevention of offenses, and conducted training with all participants.

The meeting turned out to be interesting, useful and relevant! Thank you all for participating.
